Monthly Reports — 2005 November

Murison continued working on a draft of his first paper (of two) on the orbit-orbit distance problem.

For several persons or groups at USNO, Murison continued looking into the question of extracting orbital information of a body (be it artificial satellite or binary star system) obtained from incomplete kinematics derived from observations (with errors) made from a moving platform.

Murison continued adding material to the two-body chapter of a possible book with Efroimsky, and probably E. Belbruno (Princeton), on Unconventional Celestial Mechanics.

Murison continued assisting in the development of AA's new web site.

Murison continued his DDA duties, helping the LOC with various tasks in preparation for the 2006 DDA meeting.
